PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Lead Time for Online Orders
Online orders will have a 4:00 pm PST cutoff time. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. Orders for in-stock items are estimated to be shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders are processed First In, First Out based. If you have any questions, you can contact order processing at gramatechsales@sorbentsystems.com.
Same-day or Next-day Order Processing
We understand that you may run into an urgent requirement. Online orders generally take 3-5 business days to process from date of credit card confirmation. To expedite your order processing time, select "Same Day Service" for a $25 rush fee.
Please note: Order processing time is separate from shipping time; paying for "Overnight Shipping" does not guarantee same day processing and shipment. You MUST separately select Same Day Service if you need your order expedited.
Online orders must be placed by 1pm PST.
Phone Order Fee
If you are placing an order over the phone, please be advised that an additional $10 fee will be applied to your order.
Will Call
Will call hours are: 8:30 AM - 4 PM. No "Will Call" orders will be processed before 8:30 AM or after 4 PM. Please prepay your order by credit card before you get here to speed up your process. Please give us advance notice and arrange your Will Call pickup with your sales rep.
• You will need to allow a minimum of 24-72 hours for your order to be pulled and paperwork to be processed before you can pick up your order.
• You may request same day or less than 24 hour pick up by paying a $25.00 Rush Fee. In order to allow enough time for processing you must place your order by 1pm the previous business day.
* Notification will be sent via email to inform that will call order is ready for pick up.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
IMPORTANT: Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico orders do not have complete shipping costs listed. We will email you with updated shipping costs based on your mailing address. Your card will not be charged additional costs without your authorization.
International Orders
All international orders with credit card will be kept on a 48 hour hold for verification with bank. After 48 hour hold, the order will be ship within 2-5 business days.
International orders are subject to a $35.00 wire transfer fee.
Net 30 Orders
Products listed on our website will have a different (higher) price for a Net30 account with Impak Corporation.
The minimum order amount for Net 30 account is $480.00 ($750.00 for international orders)
Credit approval does not establish net 30 accounts; timely payment of the first invoice will establish terms with Impak Corporation.
The first purchase order with Net 30 terms must include a “Net 30 Rev” statement.
Payment is due in full 30 days from the date of the invoice. If the account is not paid in full by the due date, customers are required to inform IMPAK Corporation of the reason for nonpayment and will pay a late payment charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual) computed on the unpaid balance.
Customers agree to be responsible for paying all costs and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred (if required) in connection with the collection of any past due balances on this account. IMPAK Corporation is authorized to investigate the trade references concerning the applicant’s credit history and financial responsibility.
Correct Contact Information
IMPAK reserves the right to cancel your order if incorrect contact information is provided and we are unable to reach you.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, IMPAK Corporation disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
IMPAK Corporation shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if IMPAK Corporation has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that an IMPAK Corporation product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, IMPAK Corporation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. IMPAK Corporation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, IMPAK Corporation shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Product Changes
Due to continual improvements, the product may differ slightly from the product pictured or features described.
Term: Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by IMPAK Corporation without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Notice
IMPAK Corporation may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to IMPAK Corporation.
Certificate of Compliance (COC)
This is a document with vendor's or manufacturer's written assurance that the goods or services delivered fulfill contractual requirements. If you do not request a C.O.C. at the time of purchase there will be a $35.00 charge.
Storage Fees
Storage Fees will begin to accrue for product ordered and not shipped within one week after the customer is notified that product is ready to ship. The storage fee rate will be calculated according to the size of your order and you will be notified of the rate via customer service.
Effective October 1 2023, storage fees, which are $45/pallet/day after 3 days from order completion, will then increase to $90/pallet/day after 10 calendar days.
Cancellation
KNOW THIS POLICY BEFORE YOU PROVIDE PAYMENT. There is an automatic 10% cancellation fee (35% for custom built machines) once your payment has been received (credit card, check, money order, wire transfer, ACH payment, etc.) even if the cancellation takes place on the same day. Your order is not subject to cancellation without Seller's express written consent. Seller shall be entitled to collect payment for any work or expenses incurred as a condition to Seller's consent to any cancellation. Seller's goods are not subject to return without Seller's express written advance permission. Any approved returns are subject to a restocking charge to be determined by Seller of no less than 35% or $32.00 whichever is greater. Any freight, transportation, packing, loading, unloading costs related to returns are the responsibility of Buyer.
Custom Printed Jobs
In the event of a custom job/order cancellation (for any reason,) up to 75% of payments required to start the job may be retained. The total percentage retained is up to the sole discretion of IMPAK Corporation. In some "rush" job cases, payments made may start work immediately. Such action is secured by the payments received and even though work has begun the production "clock" or timeline does not officially start until all required documents are received.
Product Compatibility
IMPAK does not guarantee any of its products compatibility with customer's application or use and handling of bags. It is up to the customer to do the necessary stability testing and purchase at their own discretion.
Opened-Boxes are NON-RETURNABLE;
IMPAK is unable to accept returns on any opened boxes of packaging products. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be granted for opened boxes. This is in compliance with the health and safety regulations that IMPAK follows as a company serving food and bio-medical industries.
Please note:
**IMPAK offers packaging samples before purchase to help ensure that you order the correct packaging for your needs.
**If you have purchased multiple cases and only opened 1, we can accept all but the opened package.
Return Policy and RMA Terms
Please read the following Terms and Conditions as not all products will qualify for return. All RMA’s are subject to review and will be issued an RMA number if these terms and conditions are met. Anything that does not meet this criterion will be automatically disapproved for return. Click on the link “Returns” under Customer Service.
All Returns are subject to the following RMA Terms and conditions as well as all of IMPAK’s standard Terms and Conditions as found at: http://www.impakcorporation.com/terms_and_conditions. Customer is responsible for inspecting all products upon arrival for defects or any discrepancies regarding what was ordered.
Claims of damage, defect, or error must be made within 5 days after receiving your order. Failure to report within 5 days changes the RMA Terms and Conditions in which you will qualify for.
Buyer is liable for all shipping charges to and from our facility for repair or defective/damaged replacement. Claims of freight damaged or missing items must be made to the freight carrier (in accordance with U.S. law). We will be happy to assist you in making your claim.
Returns of non-defective items must be made within 15 days after receiving the items, in its original packaging and in salable condition. A restocking fee of 35% or $32.00 whichever is greater, will be charged. Shipping related charges are not refundable.
IMPAK Corporation does not accept returns for less-than-case quantity. Less-Than-Case quantity is defined as any amount less than the original amount of an unopened case. For instance, if a case comes prepackaged with 1,000 units, you cannot request a return for 300 units. Exceptions may apply for damaged or defective products, or in the event that the product was mis-shipped.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning any item, and return freight prepaid by the customer. Return shipping instructions will be provided.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of IMPAK Corporation products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of IMPAK Corporation products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. IMPAK Corporation's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. IMPAK Corporation may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including an IMPAK Corporation or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IMPAK Corporation, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
